Polyurethane Foam/Resin Cleaning
Environmentally Sensible Solvent-Based Polyurethane Foam & Resin Cleaners formulated with organic solvents, wetting agents and a corrosive inhibitor. They are biodegradable, non-toxic, non-corrosive, residue free, Low VOC, non-flammable, no ODC's, non-HAPs and No SARA Title 313 Reporting. These cleaners replace hazardous cleaning solvents such as NMP, Methylene Chloride, Acetone, MEK, acetates, etc.
Due to their low vapor pressure and high boiling point they evaporate 237 times slower than Acetone and MEK; 600 times slower than Methylene Chloride. This means, whatever quantity you purchase, you will use. They offer high ink and adhesive loading and can be used for an extended period of time. They are recyclable via vacuum distilation, resulting in reduced disposal costs.
Fast residue free and complete removal of two-component (Part A & B), MDI, polyether and polyester polyols, cured flexible and rigid Two Components Polyurethane Foam Deposits and Build-Up, both MDI and TDI Esters and Ethers, cured reactive hot melt Polyurethane Adhesives, Crystallized Isocyanates (Part A), Industrial Resins (Polyester, Vinylester and Epoxy), from mixing heads, gear pumps, troughs, side walls, conveyor parts, rollers, molds, foam curing devices, holding ranks, feeding lines and mixing equipment.
